Mozilla Firefox (Windows) - Clearing Cache and Cookies

Step 1:

 Open Firefox and go to the Tools menu from the menu bar.

NOTE: You may need to press the ALT key on your

keyboard to get the menu bar to show up.

Step 2:

From the menu choose Clear Recent History. 

Step 3:

The clear Recent history box will appear.

Make sure to select "Everything" from the Time range to clear menu and and that there is a check mark in the box next to Cache.

Step 5:

Click on the Clear Now button to clear the cache.
