CVA provides hardware and operating system support for CVA-owned devices.
For personally owned devices, families are responsible for the hardware, operating system, browser settings and extensions, parental controls, printers, and home internet connection.
CVA provides support for student accounts, sign-in, and access to CVA-provided systems. If a student experiences a problem with a CVA application or course activity, pleaseĀ submit a support request.
When reporting a problem, include the course name, lesson or activity number, exact error message, screenshot, device type, and browser being used.
