CVA students are expected to abide by all rules and expectations published by CVA or indicated by CVA instructional staff. By enrolling in CVA, students agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of all disciplinary panels and procedures established by CVA to address violations of rules. A student’s due process rights will be observed in all such instances, including the right to appeal all disciplinary decisions made by staff and administrators.
