Self-Service Password Reset Registration

CVA students are automatically registered for self-service password reset and password reset information will be sent to the family email account that we have on file. CVA staff members must register prior to using this service.

Self-Service Password Reset Instructions

1. Click on link "Can't access your account?"

2. Click "Work or School account"

3. Enter your User ID (username@mycva.org) and confirm the characters in the image shown.

4. Select the verify by email option

5. You should receive an email like this one

6. Enter the confirmation code and click Next

7. Enter a new password and click Finish

8. Confirmation page will be shown

9. A confirmation email will be sent to you
