How to Download Microsoft Authenticator on Your Personal Device
Follow these steps to get started:

1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
2. Search for Microsoft Authenticator.
3. Tap Install or Get to download the app.
4. Once installed, open the app.

How to Sign In and Set Up Microsoft Authenticator

1. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app.
2. Tap Add Account.
3. Select Work or School Account.
4. Choose Sign in and enter your school email address and password.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions. You may need to scan a QR code (provided by your school’s IT department) or verify your login through another method.
6. Once setup is complete, the app will generate security codes or send you notifications for verification when logging into school accounts.
