As good stewards of public funds, CVA will reuse all returnable instructional materials that are in good condition.

After courses on learning plans end or the school year is complete, families are instructed to return loaned items to CVA that are considered returnable. Instructional resources are shipped back to the CVA Instructional Resource Center (IRC) by families using the CVA Family Returns Center to print free UPS shipping labels.

Boxes of returned items are received by IRC staff and instructional resources are checked back into the system. Items are reviewed for damage, writing on the pages, worn spots, dirty areas, etc. Items that are deemed reusable are placed into inventory so they can be used by other students.
